TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket to Wet Fete Foam & Pool Splash, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase and Entry

  • All ticket sales are final and non-transferable.

  • Each attendee must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for entry.

  • Attendees must be 18 years or older unless otherwise stated.

  • No outside food, beverages, illegal substances, or weapons are allowed on the event premises.

  • Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee for inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or failure to comply with event rules.

2. Return and Refund Policy

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

  • In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified by email or social media and will receive a full refund within 7–10 business days.

  • If the event is postponed, purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date. If unable to attend the rescheduled date, refunds may be requested within 5 days of the postponement announcement.

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • Failure to attend the event.

    • Poor weather conditions (event is rain or shine).

    • Ejection from the event due to rule violations.

3. Assumption of Risk

  • Attendees understand that participating in a pool and foam event involves physical activity and risks. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event, including but not limited to slipping, injury, or property loss.

  • The event organizers, venue, and staff are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen items during the event.

4. Media Release

  • By entering the event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded. The event organizer may use these images/videos for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation or notice.

5. COVID-19 / Health Policy

  • Attendees should not attend if they are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or any contagious illness.

  • Organizers may implement additional health and safety guidelines in line with local regulations.

6. Event Modifications

  • The organizer reserves the right to change the event’s schedule, performers, or features due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice. Such changes do not qualify for a refund.
